I tweeted about this yesterday and everyone was immediately full of suggestions and questions. So instead of answering a lot comments on Facebook and Twitter here is what I know:

Star Wars XXX is currently slated to be shot in late April, right now its a 7 day shoot, is directed by AVN Award winner Axel Braun (Batman XXX, Elvis XXX, Superman XXX), produced by AVN Award winner Eli Cross (Corruption, Upload, Icon) and will be distributed through Vivid. Auditions were held over the last 2 days to which a variety of adult talent – established as well as new faces – attended. The final cast will be announced in a couple weeks. I shot some short interviews and behind-the-scenes footage of the auditions…I will sneak peek a few (one below). During the auditions I joined in to read various parts with the actors as they auditioned, in the one below with Amber Rayne I was reading as Han Solo.

I did not audition, although I would bet that I will end up being an extra somewhere in the movie. Andy and I are doing Production Design – trying to recreate the look of the movie. A task that might prove to be a lot more difficult and challenging than we all had thought. Being that the movie shoots in April we have approximately one month to pull off a herculean task. We will be recreating many sets, locations and props – including the interior of the Millinum Falcon, the Cantina and a Landspeeder.

Being that everyone working on this movie are geeks and grew up with Star Wars you know that this will be as realistic as possible. (Our fearless leader, Producer Eli Cross, is as Uber-geek as they come.) I call out to all geeks to lend any knowledge of things to help out.

I have been getting a lot of comments about things like “the girl who is cast as Leia needs to look good in a metal bikini” and “is Jabba the Hut being played by Ron Jeremy?” This is Star Wars XXX. Only Star Wars. Empire and Jedi will come later.

And we are off! We are bolting out of Los Angeles for a few days….headed to the desert in Death Valley! This will be a fun little adventure for us; especially since Andy (my husband, to those of you who are new to the blog) grew up in England and I grew up in Colorado…both of us are used to very different climates! The desert is going to be a totally new experience for both of us.

We are headed to Death Valley, which is not as scary as it sounds, especially this time of year. Highs are only in the low 80’s (opposed to the summer highs of 115+) and apparently there is snow on the mountain peaks and wildflowers blooming lower.

We are actually camping. Yes, camping. In the true sense of the word, meaning outdoors, in a tent (it gets to around 40 degrees at night apparently) and cooking over a campfire. I haven’t been camping in about 10 years and Andy hasn’t been since he was a boy so this is going to be an epic adventure and we will be coming back with many stories and tons of photos.

I posted several new blogs for you before leaving so you will have plenty to keep you entertained…we will more than likely be without cell service for most of our trip and no wi-fi. I KNOW! Let the Adventure begin!

As ‘The Great Website Facelift of 2001’ rolls on, expect to see more and more changes…at first they will be subtle, in fact you probably won’t even notice them, which is good. I am dumping the long disused calendar (SO impossible to keep the damn thing updated the way my schedule changes from day to day!) getting rid of some excessive categories, streamlining, organizing, updating… By the end of this week there will be several new sections in the ‘about me’ section; a new biography o’ kylie as well as an updated awards list (which is quite impressive if I say so myself) and a painstakingly organized movie list that not only includes a complete listing of my movies broken down by their original titles/companies/release dates but further lists of my internet scenes as well as movies I have directed, produced and even done production design on. It is indeed an impressive and long list! Coming soon you can expect a fully redone frequently asked questions list (now titled ask kylie) that will include all new photos.

All of this is in addition to the hundreds of naughty video clips, an equal amount of radio shows spanning from my first appearances on Howard Stern to KSEX radio to current radio shows and radio appearances. Did I mention the thousands of photos I have amassed over the years since its launch in 1996? Needless to say KylieIreland.com has more content than most performers’ websites…with new content posted weekly.

From now on all video clips will be bigger, better and higher quality than before, and I will be updating the video clip archives to the bigger size as the redesign moves on, so if one of your favorites hasn’t yet been updated, be patient…it soon will be!

I will be having sales in my online store at www.kylieirelandstore.com as well – out with the old and in with the new! I will be blowing out items and making room for new movies, photos and much more.

OH! And how could I forget! I will soon be adding my 24/7 webcams back to the website…yes, you read that right, several webcams LIVE 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in my home!

I spent all day today trolling through my computer searching for awesome photos for ‘the great Website Facelift of 2011’…man, it’s weird looking through over 16 years of photos of yourself. I found some fascinating pictures that I had totally forgotten about like these:

These are photos from a movie that never happened…it was a gonna be a bad-ass action movie Nic Andrew was to be directing for New Sensations back in 2001 or so. I was going to star as the main assassin chick in the movie. In addition to this day of training to learn the proper way to hold and fire various movie guns to make it look believable, Nic also signed me up for one-on-one Martial Arts training. Just for this movie!

I don’t remember exactly the details of how the whole thing fell apart – some stupid corporate-or-legal-BS – such a bummer. I would have been a force to be reckoned with!
